Adjustments to the product, price, licensing fees, and billing are always possible in the context of individual customer projects.

After your order, you will have access to our support center. There you can not only download the required software including licenses but also have access to the contentXXL HelpDesk, important support documents, and soon also specific responsive lateral and module templates for the CMS contentXXL.

In addition to the right to use the CMS (as described under fees & versions), you also get numerous benefits as regular updates and bug fixes, support documents, and documentation. Our new template area (coming in Q1/2016) also provides access to numerous ready-made module and page templates in responsive design, making it possible to create your (web) project even faster.

On request, we can also offer other services on a fee basis, such as training or customer- and/or project-specific adjustments.

Yes! After your order, you will have access to our support center. There you can download the CMS system and the required license file, which you can then install on your server.

The contentXXL CMS is based on the powerful Microsoft .NET framework and is designed to operate on Microsoft servers.

The required configuration depends largely on your project requirements. Our staff and our partners are available to provide assistance with planning your system requirements. For more detailed information, please refer also to our online manual.

If you would like to conduct an extensive test of the contentXXL CMS, we will be glad to provide you with a temporary evaluation license. This will allow you to install the system and test it for 30 days.

Of course! In our partner area, you will find a list of our reliable contentXXL partners. They will be glad to advise you further and help with implementing, customizing, and running your CMS. Of course, you can also contact us and we will recommend a suitable partner for your requirements.

In addition, you have access to the contentXXL HelpDesk, important documentation, and other information about the CMS via the support center.

As a contentXXL customer you will have access to numerous ready-module and page templates in responsive design.

Keep calm! When ordering contentXXL, you receive a license file that is fully valid for the whole of the minimum contract period. In no event will we place restrictions on the functionality of the software. contentXXL is interested in long-term and cooperative business relationships, so restricting the functionality of your system would be contrary to our philosophy. That's something you can rely on!

If your payment is delayed for a prolonged period, however, contentXXL does reserve the right to discontinue certain software assurance benefits (such as support services, upgrades, etc.) and not to renew the license agreement.

One license allows you to run a single, active software installation on a single server; additional, discounted licenses are therefore necessary if you want to use the CMS on multiple servers, e.g. for staging or load balancing.

The first license you receive as part of your order will run for 25 months. This covers the entire minimum contract period and gives you an additional month's use of the CMS in case you don't renew. This will give you access to all your data after the contract ends so that you readily migrate it. For the period after the minimum contract period, the licenses last for one year at a time.

Expiring licenses must renewed on time to obtain new license files! To ensure the operation of the software, contentXXL will notify you well before your license expires. In addition to a note in the CMS site manager, we will also inform you by email.

The minimum contract term is 24 months. During this time, you cannot cancel your contract. Afterwards, you can cancel the contract at any time with 30 days' notice before the end of the next month. The notice must be given in writing, e.g. by email.

After the effective date of termination, you will have access to the software and our support center for one additional month so that you can migrate your data.
