contentXXL's enterprise CMS license is intended for companies who want to implement a variety of internet, intranet and/or extranet portals. The license will cover a company or an association, including all subsidiaries in which it holds a majority interest or affiliated members.
These licenses are therefore especially suitable for corporations and corporate groups, as well as for individual (large) companies that require a lot of portals (such as for different areas of the business, as part of a multi-brand strategy, or to address different target groups separately).
The Enterprise Version: portals without limits
Unlike the professional license, the enterprise CMS license includes all affiliated companies in which the licensee holds at least majority interest and has no other restrictions on the number of portals managed by the system. This offers large companies and corporations the option to implement projects for their subsidiaries, whether online or on their intranets. The same applies to organizations and their affiliated members.
In addition to the attractive chance to share costs, our CMS for large enterprises offers other cost savings potentials: additional license fees are incurred with additional installations of the CMS; there are no extra fees for creating more portals.

Editorial workflow and collaboration in teams large and small receive optimal support with numerous functions (such as separate roles and rights concepts, versioning, check-in/check-out, etc.) Roles for CMS users can this be automated by copying from Active Directory to the CMS.
Many digital channels and marketing functions, such as social media marketing, forums, blogs, user-generated content, newsletters, online shops, etc., can be realized directly in Enterprise CMS thanks to the integrated premium packages. All channels and portals can thus be managed from the same back-end. And you can set up a new portal in no time, either in the same style or something completely different.

contentXXL CMS is based on the powerful Microsoft .NET framework. Its high performance and the good performance of the Microsoft SQL Server database make contentXXL a reliable content management system for large companies.
Intelligent page caching also allows heavily frequented sites to be loaded even more quickly. These are cached (for a time period set by the administrator) in the main memory of the web server. They can then be delivered very quickly without causing any additional load on the servers. When there are changes or personalized content is displayed, the pages are automatically removed from memory.
Also operating across multiple servers is not a problem with our CMS: additional licenses are available at greatly reduced prices! The integrated cache sync module handles the necessary synchronization of different caches, allowing your website to be operated stably and safely.
